As in herb form St. Johns Wort Hydrosol is helpful to depression, but should not be used in combination with medication for this problem. Good in regular use (diluted and drank daily) for seasonal affective disorder. Helpful to digestion with slight laxative quality. Also excellent in skin care topically.
